For new recipients:
1. The donor contract is available at http://trentdonor.org/trentdonor/d/21246-1/trentdonor-donor-agreement-v2010-1.pdf
2. The contract can be brought during the first visit, where both parties may sign and keep a copy.
3. To schedule the first visit, contact 209-425-3011. State your name in the text so that the nurse who coordinates the schedules can put you on the calendar.
4. The location is in Acampo, California, which is between the Bay Area and Sacramento near HWY99 and I-5.
5. There's usually no charge, unless nurse-type supplies are required.
6. Exact times and pick-up location can be discussed in the text messages.
7. Appointments can be scheduled in as little as one hour in advance as long as the nurse is available.
